Installation of an automatic 24-hour customer safe system at the new Raiffeisen headquarters.
Raiffeisenbank Colline del Ceresio in the Ticino region has opened its new head office in Savosa, near Lugano. In addition to the central administration, the security consulting and IT departments are now also located there.
As part of the new building, Imhotec was commissioned to supply, install and commission a state-of-the-art, fully automated Gunnebo Autosafe customer safe system. This system enables customers to store their valuables securely around the clock.

The safe system, consisting of a vault, the SafeStore Auto Maxi, the SafeControl Manager and sophisticated shelving technology, was installed in the basement to save space.
Thanks to Gunnebo’s modular technology, it was possible to create over 500 customer lockers in a very small space, thus creating an efficient and secure solution.
Users of the 24-hour customer safe systems are extremely satisfied with the facilities and appreciate the 24/7 access to their valuables at all times.
The employees who work with the system on a daily basis also received comprehensive and excellent training before the opening, making it easier for them to use the technology.
