The Tholos locker management system from Dormakaba sets new standards in the management and control of locker systems. As an integral management tool, Tholos offers a modern, modular software architecture that combines flexibility and user-friendliness. With special interfaces to banking and ERP systems, Tholos can be seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructures and meets the highest IT security standards. It replaces the previous Vetox systems and retains their core functions, such as the management of persons, assignment of rights, rental of lockers and comprehensive logging of movements.
Tholos’ intuitive user interface makes the system particularly user-friendly and reduces the amount of training required for employees. Thanks to continuous further development and software updates, Tholos always remains at the cutting edge of technology. The system supports flexible management of different access methods such as biometric recognition via finger scan or RFID-based identification, which can also be combined with PIN codes as required.
Systems equipped with Tholos offer optimum protection against unauthorized access and tampering. Automatic alarm functions and comprehensive protocols ensure seamless monitoring of the lockers. In addition, Tholos is compatible with other Dormakaba components and can also easily upgrade and modernize existing systems from other manufacturers.
